Homeless in San Diego: Red, Lisa Johnson Kogan, Bishop Steve, and more…
In late 2015 a group of San Diego neighbors built a tiny house for Red, a man who is houseless who lives in their neighborhood. After three nights in the tiny house the police arrested Red and confiscated the tiny house. We meet Red, Lisa, Bishop Steve, his sons Steven and Travis, Juan and Sue, and hear about what happened.
