Carla Gover – “Williams Branch is Hard to Find”
Carla Gover and Friends have released a new cycle of songs about the lives of Appalachian women. Penned by Si Kahn Williams Branch is Hard to Find offers 17 songs sung by 12 women. The musicianship is excellent. The songs tell stories that are relatable and relevant.
