Betty LaDuke, Visual Artist – New Book “Migrants, Border Lands, And Social Justice”
Betty LaDuke has been making art that addresses the human condition for seven decades! Her current works address many of our current social, political, and environmental challenges; tall wooden panels depicting various abstract and representational human situations, presented with bright and earthy colors.
Betty talks about her work, her motives, and how she sees her art and art in general as part of human solutions. Betty’s perspective as an artist and an elder is grounded in her life experience. Betty’s new book is Migrants, Border Lands, And Social Justice An Artist’s Journey.
