  1. ” Given the resistance to loving/caring for nature that is often represented in contemporary Christianity, this is a welcome and needed departure from the dominant dogma.” Ummmmm….what?!?!?
You see a resistance to loving and caring for God’s creation within the Christian Community? Don’t get that at all. Perhaps you should get out a little more.

  2. Hi Jim:

Here are a few articles for you to peruse. While you may be unaware of the anti-environmentalist thread in much of contemporary Christianity, it is there and has been for some time. If you are interested in learning more there are many resources out there…just use your search engines!

I’m sure you are aware of how evangelical Christianity in the US rejects any notion of climate change, yet the climate on Earth is clearly changing. It is that kind of denial that I am also referring to.

    Thanks for writing in.
